PersonalTours® is exclusively a Tour Itinerary Planner, Private Tour and Destination Services Provider, offering custom-designed, private, Personal Tours and complimentary Destination Services.
PersonalTours respects your privacy and maintains a strict policiy regarding confidentiality
of all information that you might provide us.
PersonalTours does not share or disclose private client information with any third parties.
We endorse the practice of finalizing payment by way of credit card information provided by you,
through a secure telephone call rather than over the Internet or by electronic mail.
PersonalTours is not a travel agency and does not provide travel agency services of any kind.
PersonalTours does not provide public van tours or pre-scheduled, step on the bus tours.
PersonalTours does not normally provide last minute, private Tours. Telephone Toll Free,
1-877-959-9949, to determine our availability to provide private tour services.
As a corporate policy, PersonalTours® will confirm your guaranteed Tour Reservations upon receipt,
of your tour payment and following email acceptance and approval of your Tour Itinerary.
Not withstanding the specific terms of the Itinerary, Schedule and Tour Notes, your tour fee
or deposit payment is refundable up to thirty { 30 } days prior to scheduled Tour Date.
We recommend that you purchase tour-travel cancellation insurance, in the event of the unexpected.
Unless special arrangements are made in advance, all tour payments are non refundable; when client provides less than thirty { 30 } days advance notice of their wish to cancel their Tour commitment
made and agreed to, with PersonalTours.
Our Private and Personal Tours usually begin at 10:00 AM and end about 5:00 PM,
depending upon the custom Tour Itinerary and the tour events planned.
Some tourism activities, tour events and attractions operate under winter hours
or are not available from October through to May.
PersonalTours® is not responsible for events or situations beyond its direct and effective control.
Without limitation, the following are some factors that are beyond our control: bad weather, heavy traffic, accidents, labour disputes and strikes, guest delay, construction, mechanical breakdown, civil disorder, fear of the unknown or failure of "third party providers" to perform.
PersonalTours® reserves the right to refuse to provide private tour services to any individual,
private party or group, without limitation or civil or financial liability, whatsoever.
Should we exercise this right during a planned, scheduled tour; all tour fees paid are considered earned
and non refundable. Further, the private party or group will returned to their tour start location, directly.
If you are a Group Tour Organize or third party provider; we require a good faith deposit to cover our time invested in planning, preparing and making tentative reservations as requested by you ( and on behalf of you and your client ) for any and all destination services and private group tours.
This good faith deposit will be credited to your account, provided you contract with us
to provide tour services as proposed by us, and agreed to by you.
The good faith deposit is payable, by way of charge to your credit card, further to your request
for our tour and destination information.
The good faith deposit is nominal and non refundable. It will be considered as payment for tour and destination information provided to you, by us and for our intellectual property and priviledged information.
PersonalTours plans and provides Special Events and personally escorted-guided, VIP, private party-group, Siteseeing, history, cultural, neighbourhoods and wine-tasting Tours in San Diego and Wine Country and to other Regions. We can custom-design your Special Event-Tour to satisfy your interests.
